Smoked Back Bacon
Our back bacon is lovely and moist, beautifully sliced with just the right amount of fat for the perfect cook. We gently smoke it over beech wood to add a touch of smokiness to the flavour.
As well as being the centrepiece of the weekend’s breakfast or brunch, we find our back bacon works wonderfully well in a whole range of recipes.
